This 3D-printable kit will help you easily create a sturdy, comfortable, and discreet structure to wear under your wig, allowing you to attach ears, horns, and various other accessories to your head.

I originally designed this piece for my Aurora cosplay, which have very large rabbit ears and a witch hat. I needed something stable yet lightweight—something that would allow me to wear the cosplay both with and without the hat. After more than 7 versions, multiple techniques, and several tests on my own costume, I am finally ready to share the definitive version of this product hoping it will help the cosplay community! It comes with two different sizes of attachment screws to best suit your project; however, please feel free to reach out if you would like a headband with custom dimensions or angles—my commissions are open! ♥

The 3D printer plate dimensions needed are 25cm x 25cm and the maximum height to print is 15cm. Recommended material is PLA.

This product is only a bunch of 3D files made by myself and does not include a tutorial or instructional guide.
Files are compressed in a ZIP file, you will have to unzip it to get the STL/OBJ files.
