Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
• the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the customer's prior express consent and for which the customer has waived their right of withdrawal.

Therefore, orders for personalized products, made to measure or modified at the customer's request, as well as downloadable digital files or files transmitted electronically, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded or canceled once the order has been confirmed.
The customer is informed of these conditions before confirming their order and acknowledges having read them.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal applies only to consumer clients residing in the European Union, in accordance with current European regulations.
